Diane Ellis, a good friend and associate from Jamaica is justifiably proud of her niece Peta-Gaye Nash who successfully launched her book, "I too hear the drums".
The stories that she writes about deal with issues that every Jamaican of mixed heritage faces: not being seen to be 'Jamaican enough'. After nearly 40 years of living, working and raising a family in Canada, I still get asked that question. Her book is a must read.
