On Hiatus

Yes, I'm on hiatus for a little while.  Gone fishing is you prefer that.  Although with the recent cold temperatures, it would be ice fishing!

Taking a break to clear my head and recharge my batteries.  I'll still be running so see you on the road!

We hate the '1 Stars', especially the ones with no comments.  Often these customers are unconsolable with their experience with you.  Respond. But don't expect miracles.  

The mid-pack '3 Star' Reviews are Gold!  These are the experiences of real customers and can lead to the kind of insights that can improve your business.  Take the time, listen, respond...it's your reputation!

The Top 10 Digital Marketing Trends in 2018

Who doesn't love a top 10 list? For Small Business Owners two stand out:

1. Data and Analytics.  It's time to sharpen your skills in understanding data and how to make better decisions from the insights gleaned.
2. Live Streaming.  Facebook Live is a good example of live streaming.  In my case, I use it to communicate important information and updates about the Reggae Marathon.  I reach a higher percentage of our Facebook Fans and enjoy increased engagement.
