Mobile Marketing for Auto Dealers

Mobile marketing for auto dealers is top-of-mind with Dealer Principals today.  In most meetings, there's a moment when we all pull out our smartphones and try to replicate a search experience. I often move from laptop to smartphone to demonstrate a particular shopper experience.  On the front lines, the Sales Consultants interact with the mobile shopper every day:  On the lot all the way through negotiation to closing the deal.

Mobile Marketing 2017

We're obsessed with our mobile devices:  1.8 hours per day spent on our mobile devices connected to the Internet. Combine that with the statistic that 78% of Facebook users are mobile only and the opportunity for business owners is clear:  Think Facebook Mobile First!

The Mobile Marketing Moment

In every business there is 'The Moment'.  The timeline chart is called the Hockey Stick...it's that point-in-time when the growth tips over and experiences very steep growth.  It appears we are there with Mobile:



I was chained to my Desktop once.  That's now a long, long time ago.  More recently I've enjoyed the mobility of my laptop...but was still chained to it.  For the past year it's been Smartphone all the way. 70 - 80% of all my online interactions are mobile.  And that's why Google changed their Search Algorighm to favour Mobile so heavily.  Are you ready?
